Hola!

Today I’m sharing another pop-up box featuring Lawn Fawn “Love ‘n breakfast” stamps. This stamp set is fantastic! Super cute images and I really love the sentiments.

I recently ordered Lawn Fawn “Scalloped box card pop-up” dies because I really had fun making pop-up cards and I wanted to do more since it’s kinda addictive! So I used this die on Simon Says Stamp “Sunshine” cardstock to die cut the two main panels and the inside panels. As I wanted some pattern on the outside of my pop-up box, I used one of the Lawn Fawn “Sharp backdrops” stamps on the main panels using Memento Tangelo ink. These backdrop stamps are fantastic to create your own pattern paper! Next, I put together the pop-up box and glued the inside panel using double sided tape. It was easy peasy! I’m so glad I bought this die!

Then, I stamped the images from Lawn Fawn “Love ‘n breakfast” stamp set on Bristol paper using Versafine Onyx black ink, colored the images using Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and fussy cut everything. I used the dies included in the “Scalloped box card pop-up” dies to die cut the decorative panels from some pattern paper from Lawn Fawn “Perfectly plaid chill” collection and stamped the sentiments on three of them using Verafine Onyx black ink. Next, I glued the decorative panels and adhered the images using double sided tape and foam tape. I used a strip of acetate to glue the toasts so it looks they are popping up from the toaster.

Last, I stamped the sentiment “popping up to say” on the outside of the card and added the three dots with a black pen.

I had this card design on mind long ago and I wanted to make it for Lawn Fawnatics “fun with food” challenge. I’m really happy with how it turned out and I hope you like it too!

I’m entering this card into Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #20: fun with food

and into Simon Says Stamp Wednesday ChallengeUse Patterned Paper

Thanks for stopping by! Have a wonderful day!
