Hola!

As always, I’m late with the celebrations and today I’m sharing an Easter project featuring Neat and Tangled “Cottontail cuties” stamps. I made a pop-up box for my mother-in-law, who asked me for a project to display in her living room.

I like to use patterned paper for my pop-up boxes and in this case I made one using Neat and Tangled “Scandinavian prints” stamps. I stamped some of the images on one side of a piece of light blue cardstock with Lawn Fawn Blue Jay ink and used Lawn Fawn “Scalloped pop-up box” dies on it. For the grass, I used Lawn Fawn “Grassy border” die on light green cardstock and adhered this pieces to the inside panels.

Next, I stamped the super cute images from “Cottontail cuties” on Bristol paper using Versafine Onyx black ink. I colored them with Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers and fussy cut everything. I glued the two girls and the bunny to the inside panels and kept the other bunny for the sentiment panel, for which I used light yellow cardstock. I stamped “Happy Easter” with Versafine Onyx black ink and adhered the bunny to this panel and the panel to the pop-up box.

I felt the pop-up box was not complete, and I decided to add some clouds I die cut using Lawn Fawn “Simple puffy clouds” and “Simple puffy cloud frames” dies.

I hope you had a happy Easter.

Thanks for stopping by!!
