Hola!!

Today I have a very simple card I made combining Simon Says Stamps and Lawn Fawn stamps. I love mixing stamps to create new images, and I think it is a great way to stretch our stamps.

To make this super cute nurse dog, I stamped the Simon Says Stamp “You are pawsome” doggie on Bristol paper with Memento tuxedo black ink and then I added the nurse hat from Lawn Fawn “Get well soon” bird stamp and colored the image with alcohol markers. Then I stamped the band-aid with VersaFine onyx black ink and colored it with Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens.

For the background panel, I stamped one of the Lawn Fawn “Gingham backdrops” stamps on red cardstock using Memento tuxedo black ink. Then, I trimmed a piece of kraft cardstock and stamped the sentiment with VersaMark ink and heat embossed it using white embossing powder.

Finally, I adhered everything together using double-sided tape, and foam tape for the images.

I hope you like it! Thanks for stopping by!

I’m entering this card into Lawnscaping Challenge #141 – CAS:
